To Stop OpenOffice from Auto Starting

Step 1

  1. Right click on the OpenOffice icon in the system tray in the lower right of the screen. (you may need to click the up arrow to find the icon)
  2. Uncheck the line that says "Load OpenOffice on system Startup"
  3. Click "Exit Quick Starter"

Step 2

  1. Click on the Windows Start Menu
  2. Select all programs
  3. Click Startup
  4. Right Click on all OpenOffice icons and click delete
