Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Obtaining Microsoft Office from Office365

Faculty and staff can install up to (5) copies of Microsoft Office on their various computers and devices by following these steps:

 
  1. Login to your Nativity Office365 email account.
  2. Click the square in the upper left corner.


     
  3. Click the Office 365 link.


     
  4. Click on the button in the top right that says Install Office. Choose Other Install Options from the drop down menu

        5. Click the drop down menu under Version and select 64-bit. Click Install Office

  1. Once downloaded, run the executable file to install Office.
  2. At the end of the install process, you will need to provide your Nativity email address and password to validate the license either immediately or once you open a specific Microsoft office program.
     
    • Windows - You will be prompted to "Sign in to get the most of office". Click the Sign In button and provide your Nativity email address/password when prompted.


       
    • Mac - Open an Office application, and you will be presented with the "Get Started with Office" screen. Select Sign in to an existing Office 365 Subscription and provide your Nativity email address/password when prompted.
