Adding Accounting ID

Below are the steps to add your Accounting ID to the Kyocera Copiers.

  1. Open Devices and Printers
  2. Right click on the printer
  3. Click Printer Properties
  4. Click Device Settings
  5. Click Administrator
  6. Click Job Accounting
  7. Check Job Accounting
  8. Enter your copier code
  9. Click the Add Button
  10. Enter your copier code as the Account ID. Leave everything else blank
  11. Click OK
  12. Click OK
  13. Click OK

You should now be able to print without having to enter your copier code each time.
